We are looking for a three bedroom house in the Epsom area with a maximum budget of 1,050 we have a full deposit and excellent references from our present landlord. We also receive housing benefit. We are non smoking / no pets and would ideally like a long term let in mind (although obviously assured short hold tenancy.)

Good Afternoon, I am a 40 year old male who gave up my stable job and flat to go to University. Albeit, due to health issues, i have had to leave my studies and concentrate on my recovery, therefore, in the meantime, i am looking to rent a unfurnished spacious flat, as i have my own furniture in storage, and will have to pay the rent using housing benefit for the foreseeable future.
